Information for Carriers

Nexus Insurance Solutions gave us the capability to give you the free service to log into Nexus Management  for you to securely view the audits you have requested us to perform to see status, downloaded completed audits, set up alerts, send progress notes requests. You can also download our invoices that we have created for you.


The button below will take you to the secure log in screen for Nexus Management. If you are in need of a user name and password. Please contact chris.p@ecapofnc.com to get you set up!

Logging into Nexus Management.

When you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to create a new password. If you have already done so, read on!

This will be the first view when you log on with your user name:

You will have two options on how to find cases that are active or completed for viewing, printing, or saving.

List View allows you to view the entire inventory that is active. There is a check box that says “Show Completed Audits”. You can select that if you need to find a completed audit. However for your purposes, it will be easier to select Search.

Once you click on search it will either give you the case you are looking for or cases that have the same name/numbers etc. From that you will get to see the case you are looking for.

You can put your mouse over to see what each option does but for now I will explain how you can access the completed audit.

1. Click on Details and it will bring up the above screen.


2. In this area you will see Progress Notes and the Documents area.


3. The last file in the list is always the completed audit or closeout (nonproductive)


4. Click on that “VolAuditCompletion”, “PhyCompletion”, or PhnCompletion” and it will bring up the audit in a window.


Depending on the type of browser you are using, you can right click inside that document to save the file or to print it. If you do not want to do either, you can scroll up and down as much as you would like to look over the audit.


I would like to point out some other things in the document list area:


Any file that has PrevYrFIle in it, will have the prior year’s audit for easy viewing if needed.


PolicyScan is the audit request. Which will be the PDF that you supplied to us to use to enter the case into the system.


That covers this area. I would like to explain another menu item. Downloads: This is the area where you use to download the completed audits in Zip form (They are created by our system when enabled) for prep to send to you. In the downloads area you will see your packages that will be in zip format. This will be the area that you go to once you get an email alert that audits are ready for download. From there you will download each zip file needed to get the completed audits .


Another area I would like to direct you to is the Invoice area. You will specify to us on who gets the emails that will have the invoice attached which will automatically get sent out from our system. But if for some reason you lose the invoice or can’t find the email that was sent to you, invoices can be found in that area.


Also we wanted to let you know that coming soon, we will be offiering your Policyholders the ability to do what is called a Payroll Import using the payroll services they use such as ADP, Paychex,  Quickbooks, etc. The new feature will support 24 payroll services in real time. This feature can be used for any service type, voluntary, phone, virtual, or Physical.


The data pulled from those payroll services will include at this time:

- Names

- Titles (If populated by the Insured in their payroll system.

- Department Description (( If populated by the Insured in their payroll system)

- State

- WC Class Code (If populated by teh Insured in their payroll system)

- Gross Wages

- OT @ 1.5

- OT @ 2

- Tips

- Severance

- 125 Plan, ( excludable in CA for WC)

- Names and payments to non-payroll individuals made through the insured’s payroll system (1099 workers)
